Laura is a second-year Architecture student at Valencia College, located in Orlando, Fl. Laura studied Architecture in her home country, Colombia, until she decided to move to the United States with the dream of becoming the best Architect she can be in this day and age. Construction has always been an interest to Laura since she was little. As she observed how unique each architectural creation has been developed throughout time, and as she continues in her studies, she has come to comprehend the differences in concept, appearance, material, and the evolution of designs needs. Laura has recently joined the Bumpus and Associates, Inc. team and hopes throughout her time here, that she will learn from her coworkers/ mentors how to improve professionally as a future architect and expand in her knowledge and perspective in all things architecture.
