Celebration, FL

This new facility for Celebration’s governing body was completed in 2016 for a cost of $2,100,000. The building is located on the civic corridor which was once right-of-way for the extension of Celebration Boulevard. The library is presently on this strip of land as well as the Celebration Dog Park. The District’s building includes over 3,000 SF of office and 6,000 SF of maintenance space. It has been designed to fit in with the existing buildings at the adjacent golf course and is consistent with the Celebration Pattern Book. The facility will be used for the monthly CCDD board meetings as well as community meetings. This building has been certified green under the guidelines of the Florida Green Building Council.

CROA Athletic Fields

Celebration, FL

CROA (Celebration Residential Owner's Association) worked with us to kick off summer 2019 by opening a brand-new Athletic field and concession stand! CROA built the soccer fields for their youth soccer program which has been receiving national attention. Bumpus & Associates, Inc. is proud to be a part of this exciting project that consists of a concession building with restrooms and amenities, two grass fields, and a full-sized artificial turf field, all which is illuminated with a state-of-the-art stadium lighting system. Construction was completed by Arnco Construction. Come one, come all and have a ball!

603 Front Street

Celebration, FL

This unique residence in Celebration, Florida also contains the Architectural offices of Bumpus & Associates. Located in the home business district of Disney's planned community, this building contains 3,000 SF of residence and 1,650 SF of office space.  With separate entrances and addresses, the common notion of working at home has been redefined. The stately columns, porches, and balconies are all wrapped around a New Orleans-styled entrance courtyard complete with wrought iron fence, brick pavers, and a soothing fountain. The café takes the place of the traditional dining room and the angled, winding staircase offers a dramatic entrance. The interior is a mixture of vibrant colors, glass mosaic countertops, and murals. Each of the four bedrooms has a private bath and the "kid's" second floor living room doubles as a guest room with a Murphy bed. The 1,200 SF attic is carpeted and air conditioned to protect the thousands of pictures collected by the family since the early 1970's.
