Daniel L. Bumpus has been principal in charge of architecture with Bumpus and Associates, Inc. since it's inception in 1991.  His broad base of building design experience for the past 36 years has been focused on residential, commercial, governmental, recreational, and medical facilities.  He has a unique grasp of how to stretch construction dollars and also a great understanding of the bidding/negotiation process in the building construction industry.

In addition, Dan is a registered threshold inspector for the State of Florida.  Threshold inspections of structural components are required by the State of Florida for all buildings over 3 stories or 50' in height, and all places of assembly of 5,000 square feet or more, or with 500 occupants or more.

Dan obtained his LEED certification in 2006 through the U.S. Green Building Council and has guided the firm to make all its designs as environmentally friendly as possible.  He was the LEED AP on the certified Charles and Rae Kane Center in Stuart, Florida.
