Sycamore Resort

The Sycamore Resort is a high quality, low maintenance, vacation resort situated on 10 acres in West Osceola County. Located just 5 miles from Disney World, this property features 1-3 bedroom condos situated within six 7-story buildings surrounding a beautiful resort-style pool, walking paths, and a clubhouse. Amenities include a fitness center, kids club, multiple restaurants, roof top bar, and spa for guests. Parking is situated along the periphery of the site to create a pedestrian friendly environment within the resort.

Lincoln Marti School
Kissimmee, FL
 

The Lincoln Marti School is a 18,000 S.F. three story classroom building for a fast-growing private educational provider. This project is located on Fortune Road right next to a current facility that they own and operate. The client purchased the adjacent property and wants to expand at this location. Our design plays with dramatic forms, colors, and materials to emit a strong impression for the occupants. We are currently in the Design Development phase and

moving in to completing construction documents very soon. The building will be constructed of CMU block, with stucco and decorative paneling. We are also using an abundance of storefront glass, and are working through solutions to provide light without

a glare to each space. This building will primarily house classrooms, and a small office area. The existing school building will be used as daycare and a cafeteria to serve this school and their other area schools. We are expected to go under construction in 2025.

University Seventh Day Adventist Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall

Orlando, FL

The scope of this exciting project consists of the design of a new sanctuary and fellowship hall to be built on the site of the existing church building in Orlando.  The overall building area is approximately 17,500 sf, and includes a  sanctuary with seating for 600, a spacious lobby, offices, and a large  fellowship hall and classrooms.  The fellowship hall also has a full commercial kitchen for church events.  We are presently in the bidding stage working with contractors to finalize the construction. The goal is to be under construction in 2025

Avocado Restaurant

Celebration, FL

Located in Town Center of Celebration Florida, Avocado Mexican Grill is currently expanding due to high demand for tacos and tequila.   This 2,000 S.F. Expansion boats a centralized modern bar, and additional outdoor seating with wonderful views to Lake Rianhard.  

Osceola Christian Preparatory School

Davenport, FL
 

The Osceola Christian Prep Classroom building and gym at the Davenport campus is one of several gym & school combination projects that we have completed. This project consists of 11,000 sf gymnasium which includes a full-sized basketball court that also serves volleyball, other athletic functions, and school assemblies. The gym also contains a stage, locker area, concession stand, and ticket booth. This building will be a pre-engineered metal building with concrete masonry up to 11’-4” A.F.F. This project is expected to be completed in early 2025. The classroom/admin building will consist of classrooms for approximately 250 students, an open courtyard for recess and recreation, a multi-purpose room, and a serving station for pre-cooked lunches to be delivered and served to the students. There is also a 2-story office building that houses a conference room on the second floor with visual access to the courtyard. The office building was designed in inspiration of the vintage Davenport town aesthetic. The clients really appreciated

integrating a part of the town’s history into the design of their school.

Buen Vecino Apartments

We would love to share our new and upcoming multi-family project, Buen Vecino Apartments. Buen Vecino Apartments is a place every retiree wants to reside for a lifetime where they can relax, expand their creative horizons, and cultivate new sound friendships. The apartment complex will include individual units with a spacious open floorplan concept, and a clubhouse with many amenities. Buen Vecino Apartments is an organization that promotes comfort and opportunities to every individual that is looking for affordable housing with a stellar outlook on building community. We are looking forward to seeing the finished product that we are going to implement with the help of our friends of the organization of Buen Vecino Apartments. 

Belgium Nut and Butter

We’re currently designing a 43,000 S.F. food processing facility for Cheney Brothers, and Belgium Nut, Butter & Candy Company.  The center features two large production and processing areas, and two built in freezers with an under slab heating system.  The entire façade is comprised of Kingspan insulated metal panels which will be lit up and viewable from the highway.    We are very excited to be working with these great companies, and look forward to building a successful project

Osceola Village Center Retail Building

Kissimmee, FL​

This 12,000-sf retail building is located on busy Hwy 1792 in Kissimmee. The anchor tenant will be PJ’s Coffee, with other businesses negotiating for space now.  The mix of stone, stucco, awnings, and angled parapet walls convey a very inviting concept to the development.  We are presently in the permitting stage and expect to start construction in late 2024. 

Thrive Studios
 
The Hope Partnership is a non-profit that helps the transient and homeless population along the 192 corridor become permanently housed. They have purchased a 34-unit motel in Kissimmee that we have provided drawings for the apartment conversion, adding full kitchens into the existing hotel rooms. We are also converting the existing lobby and office area into a community space for residents along with a communal laundry room. Along with the architectural drawings, we also coordinated the MEP redesign along with cabinetry and finish selections. The project is currently in permitting and should be completed in 2025.
