St. Cloud City Hall

This project started with the development of a space needs analysis for all City of St. Cloud departments. The conclusion of the study resulted in the design of a 54,000 S.F. building, 3 stories tall, to be located in the downtown area of St. Cloud. Occupants include DUC, Building Department, Purchasing, Fire Administration, Puvlic Works, City Manager, Planning, City Council, Council Chambers, Finance, Human Resources, Inforation Technology, and the Osceola County Tax Collector. The building is fully sprinklered, is fully equipped with a fire alarm system, and includes an emergency generator that powers the Information Servces Department, where the City's computor and phone systems are housed.

St. CLoud Lakefront

This project includes the expansion of an existing marina, development of passive recreation along the St. Cloud lakefront, parking expansion, shelters, a restroom/stage building for outdoor performances, and a two-story restaurant/banquet facility approximately 16,000 s.f. with seating for 250 persons.

Celebration Community Development District Facility.

The Robert Guevara Center was a 20 year old structure that had served the community well over its lifetime. Bumpus and Associates was commissioned to design a 2,917 s.f. addition to the existing 6,474 s.f.building, and a complete makeover of both the interior and exterior of the building. The existing lobby and restroom area was removed and replaced by a larger, more user friendly space, which also includes new accessible restrooms and a family restroom. An addition to the rear of the building includes an exercise room/ dance studio, which is separated from the large multi-purpose assembly room, so that the two spaces can be used simultaneously. The new configuration also contains meeting rooms, which will now be accessible without having to pass through the large activity room.
