Red Lion Inn & Tortilla Rica
Kissimmee, FL
Eat, sleep, and enjoy the newly remodeled 10-story high rise hotel complete with pool, water slide, two bars, and delicious Mexican food at the beautifully designed Tortilla Rica. One of our most extensive projects, this hotel was destroyed in 2004 by a hurricane and sat vacant for an extended period of time. We rebuilt the hotel with some of the best amenities in the local area!
Subway
Kissimmee, FL
Our Subway building is located in the Highway192 overlay district within the City of Kissimmee. There were many requirements of the district that had an effect on the final design including building setbacks, minimum height requirements, and material selection. The end product resulted in a 4,500 SF retail center of which 1,500 SF is occupied by Subway. The building is a welcome addition to a neighborhood in need of enhancement. The interior is highlighted by a 24' clerestory window which lets light into the dining area.
Taco Bell
Kissimmee, FL
This is a beautiful modern inspired Taco Bell facility in Kissimmee, Florida! The building consists of a Taco Bell Restaurant and two retail shops located right by The Walmart Neighborhood Market off Osceola Parkway.
Gators Dockside
St. Cloud
The end result of this renovation and addition is a very nice sports bar, Gators Dockside, one of many in Central Florida. We had to work with an existing bank building complete with vault and covered drive-through. We removed the entire roof and drive-through, saved 3 walls, a few steel beams, and most of the concrete slab. 2,600 SF was added to the existing 3,350 SF, ending with a total area of 5,950 SF. There are two bars, a covered outdoor seating area, and more TV monitors than you can count. The restaurant is always crowded with a very satisfying dining and entertainment experience.
