Bumpus & Associates, Inc. is honored to work with Reich Properties, Inc. in developing exciting, stylish projects throughout central Florida! These retail facilities located on Narcoossee road, are part of the community development program, whose intention is to create a more attractive streetscape. With parking located in the rear, the buildings were designed with an urban inspired, approachable facade. Narcoossee I, approx. 8,000 S.F. was such a success, that Reich Properties, Inc. needed to meet high demands, and proposed a 2nd and 3rd facility (coming soon). The projects received rave reviews, and has been an amazingly successful endevour for all associated parties!
Hickory Tree Retail Center
This 15,000sf building was originally designed as a shell, with no tenants identified. It is a pre-engineered metal building with a very detailed and colorful front and side façade. The first tenant build out was a playhouse for kids featuring inflatable bounce houses and other fun items. It was later expanded and now includes a day care and preschool. We added a church in the prominent corner space, which occupied 4,800sf. Other tenants include a dentist, eye doctor, and a music store.
624 Patrick St.
This project consisted of the total redesign of an existing 1 story concrete block structure built in the early 1950’s, of very little historic significance. The challenge was to take what was given to us (see picture) and turn it into a very inviting space to be used as an attorney’s office. The subsequent addition and renovation turned out to be a very pleasing building, both interior and exterior, which will brighten the area and give the attorneys a very special place to conduct their business. The original building was 2,000 s.f. and the finished product 3,200 s.f.
