Subway

Our Subway building is located in the Highway 192 overlay district within the City of Kissimmee.  There were many requirements of the district that had an effect on the final design, including building setbacks, minimum height requirements, and material selection.  The end product resulted in a 4500 sf retail center, of which 1500 sf is occupied by Subway.  The building is a welcome addition to a neighborhood in need of enhancement.  The interior is highlighted by a 24' clerestory, which lets light into the dining area.

Boggy Creek Lakeside

This project is an example of our strip center design where no tenants are identified prior to design.  The building is a total of 18,000 sf, which was divided into 1500 sf bays, all finished with only 1 restroom and an ac closet.  Most tenants moved in with no changes.  The site presented some challenges, which resulted in a building which had to turn at a strange angle in the middle.  The exterior is a series of various height parapets, and awnings of different materials and colors.  The building was completely occupied within a year of completion.

Narcoossee I & II Retail Center(s)

Bumpus & Associates, Inc. is honored to work with Reich Properties, Inc.  in developing exciting, stylish projects throughout central Florida!  These retail facilities located on Narcoossee road, are part of the community development program, whose intention is to create a more attractive streetscape. With parking located in the rear, the buildings were designed with an urban inspired, approachable facade.  Narcoossee I, approx. 8,000 S.F. was such a success, that Reich Properties, Inc. needed to meet high demands, and proposed a 2nd and 3rd facility (coming soon).  The projects received rave reviews, and has been an amazingly successful endevour for all associated parties!

Hickory Tree Retail Center

This 15,000sf building was originally designed as a shell, with no tenants identified.  It is a pre-engineered metal building with a very detailed and colorful front and side façade.  The first tenant build out was a playhouse for kids featuring inflatable bounce houses and other fun items.  It was later expanded and now includes a day care and preschool.  We added a church in the prominent corner space, which occupied 4,800sf.  Other tenants include a dentist, eye doctor, and a music store.
