Osceola Board of Realtors
Situated on the Corner of Shady Lane and Partin Settlement Road in Kissimmee, this two-story 9,000 SF building houses the Osceola County Association of Realtors. The first floor consists of executive offices, open office space and the association boardroom while the second floor has a 2,000 SF meeting room for training sessions and events. The building was designed in a Tropical Colonial style with Bahama Shutters and double porches on the front and back. Its orientation and position make it a prominent feature of the intersection.
Hamlin Industrial Park

Hamlin Industrial Park is a 15,832 SF warehouse, divided into 9 bays, each with a conditioned office space. The building is wrapped nicely in a beautiful split-faced CMU and metal wall panel façade.
Oviedo Pet Resort
The Pet Resort is a new construction commercial project that took place in Oviedo, FL. The vision of the client is to provide a safe, active and healthy recreational environment that meets the physical and mental needs of our four-legged friends.
Tri-Bay Construction helped us realize this project from a set of plans to a beautiful facility that strives to become the Pet-Care Facility of choice for the Oviedo area and surrounding communities.
Shamrock Auto Body Offices
St. Cloud, FL
This new office for Shamrock Auto Body and Service Center in St. Cloud, completed in April of 2020, is a 3,000 SF building designed with a beach/Key West theme. Upon completion, the existing offices in the metal building across the street were vacated and construction began on expanding the service area to create more service bays. This expansion gave Shamrock a new office building and new service building. The new office includes an inviting reception area, a service writer offices, a space for visiting insurance agents, and executive offices. The second floor houses the 1,000 SF records storage and IT rooms. Construction was completed by Distinctive Construction of St. Cloud.
Narcoossee I & II Retail Center(s)
St. Cloud, FL
Bumpus & Associates, Inc. is honored to work with Reich Properties, Inc. in developing exciting, stylish projects throughout Central Florida. These retail facilities, located on Narcoossee Road are part of the community development program whose intention is to create a more attractive streetscape. With parking located in the rear, the buildings were designed with an urban inspired, approachable façade. Narcoossee I, approximately 8,000 SF was such a success that Reich Properties, Inc. proposed a 2nd and 3rd facility (coming soon) in order to meet high demands. The projects received rave reviews and have been an amazingly successful endeavor for all associated parties!
Hickory Tree Retail Center
St, Cloud, FL
This 15,000 SF building was originally designed as a shell with no tenants identified. It is a pre-engineered metal building with a very detailed and colorful front and side façade. The first tenant build out was a playhouse for kids featuring inflatable bounce houses and other fun items. It was later expanded and now includes a day care and preschool. A churchwas added in the prominent corner space, which occupies 4,800 SF. Other tenants include a dentist, eye doctor, and a music store.
