Serenity Reserve Progress

These photos were taken on a recent site visit to Serenity Reserve off Narcoosee Road in St. Cloud. The clubhouse is really starting to take shape with interior electrical and insulation starting to be installed. This 4,000 sf clubhouse will sit at the center of this 55+ community and offer workout rooms, a multi-purpose meeting room, and a resort style pool.
