Additional Dwelling Units / Carriage Homes

Additional dwelling units (ADU's) are an increasing trend in home design across the nation with many municipalities changing their regulations to allow and encourage them as a way of integrating affordable housing into existing neighborhoods.

We have designed many carriage homes/garage apartments over the past decade for Celebration Residents wishing to expand their space for additional income and/or for personal use!

There are tons of benefits to these additions! They provide a separate space for guests, college aged children or even an in-law suite! Or they can provide you with a rental income that could be long term, or short term (if allowed)!

With most designs coming in from $150-$175 per square foot there is the potential to completely recoup the investment (maybe more) within the value of your home!!
